The procedure itself was almost painless apart from the Anesthetic injections (though this is ofcourse to be expected). Amal has explained to me in perfect detail how to apply all of the medication. The total I paid was 1750GBP- Compared to the 5000+ I would have to pay in the UK. So I have recieved 3500 Grafts by Clinicana & so far so good. The Hygiene of the clinic, customer service and organisation of the team (Special mention to Amal) has been excellent and I cannot fault anything. The procedure itself was almost painless apart from the Anesthetic injections which you just have to man up for (to be blunt). Having already had one of my friends back home in the UK already have a transplant from these guys, his result is fantastic one year on and this was my sole reason as to why I chose Clinicana, and why I knew it was one of the best, if not the best & most professional place to have a hair transplant in Istanbul. the service I have recieved here has possibly been better as to what I would expect in the UK. This is my second treatment and i am very happy with the results. All of the nurses/doctors are amazing and very professional. The treatment throughout was excellent and i would recommend this procedure and this place to anyone wanting a hair transplant. The clinic is fantastic and very professional. the treatment and service you get at this clinic is 100% satisfaction. I am very happy with everything.

The clinic is fabulous, the highest technology and human care. I was able to communicate in English and Spanish. The staff very friendly and the explanations about the procedure were clear and concise. Mr. Mulham Attar was always available for my needs and offer help in every way possible. Fantastic. The treatment was absolutely phenomenal, the staff was very well prepared and skilled to perform the hair transplant. The doctors were very friendly and explained everything about the procedure and post-surgical care. I am very happy and satisfied with the arrangements for the hotel and my stay in Istanbul during this important decision in my life. Clinicana and the staff returned the great feeling of having my hair back and restoring years of look to my life which in turns has raised my self-esteem again.

I don´t normally write reviews however on this occasion I felt obliged to as I have had a very satisfactory experience.
I had been suffering from hairloss and decided to have a FUE hair transplant. After extensive research I finally decided on Florence Nightingale Hospital in Istanbul due to a number of reasons. The initial response from GM. Mulham upon me registering my interest was very prompt and professional. I was provided with all the information I needed to proceed with the process along with photographs of the hospital and contact details of all concerned.
The price quoted was very reasonable and included the cost of the airport transfer and three nights accommodation in a very nice hotel in close proximity to the hospital.
Upon arriving in Istanbul and visiting the Hospital for the first time, any doubts I had were soon erased.It is a stunning building.
The procedure took place on the first day and lasted 10 hours. Throughout the whole procedure I was made to feel extremely comfortable and it was as painless as had been promised. At all times at least one of the two doctors Dr Aziz and Dr Rawad were present. The three nurses i.e. Shafiqa, Dilek and Amira were constantly talking to me throughout the procedure to ensure that I was comfortable and not suffering any pain.
The instructions on aftercare were extremely helpful as I was talked through the whole process step by step. A nice added touch was that after the days following the procedure GM. Mulham was in constant touch via text to answer any questions I had.
All in all I was extremely satisfied with the whole process from start to finish and I would definItely recommend Clinicana to anyone thinking of having a hair transplant. I am very satisfied at how the results have been so far.
