Hair transplant in Turkey: Reviews

I did hair transplant at Clinicana yesterday, I got 4000 grafts. I did it because i am young and want to have full hair, actually this is the second time I get FUE done. I would definitely recommend the treatment to a friend, the only pain you feel is the anesthesia but it is just a few minutes. It is definitely a good value.

I choosed Clinicana because I was doing some research in forums and watched some videos, mainly Sandro´s videos, that’s the main reason.
My first impression of the hospital was very good and the staff is very nice and helpful, I am very happy I decided to came here. I am looking forward to see the results.

I had a hairtransplant, moving hairgrafts from the backside of my head to the top and frontside. The treatmant went well, despite some painful injections in the backside, donor area. I am happy with this treatment, though i had hoped to get a lower hairline in the frontside. In general it looks like it went successfully til now, the first day after treatment.

I chose this clinic based on my research on the internet, it was the one with most reviews and good ones.
I was very pleasant with the staff, they were professional and very helpful. The Acibadem hospital, where the treatment is done, is a very modern hospital, that made me feel comfortable being there.

I had an FUE hair transplant 4 days ago, 4800 grafts were extracted from the back of my head and transplanted on the front, top and the hairline. The operation time was 8 hours from 08:30 to 16:30.
The blood test was done 12 hours before the operation, on the next morning I went to the clinic where I met Dr Rawad and Mr Mulham who explained what will be going before, throughout and after the operation, they also answered all my questions.
The nurses started by shaving my hair, then Dr Rawad did draw the new hairline to look like natural and he again told me about the main three stages of the operation: Local anesthesia, Grafts extraction from the donor area, and Transplanting the extracted grafts into the baldness areas. The hardest part was the local anesthesia of the donor area (trust me it is painful, but yet bearable).
The nurses Emine and Kubra were very skilled, responsive and gentle. On top of that they managed to teach me some Turkish words, teşekkür ederim 🙂
After the operation I was given the the medicine and exact instructions. Thankfully there was no pain at all.
On the next day I went to remove the bandage. I supposed to go back for the last time 2 days after the surgery to wash up my head but because it was Sunday I had to do it myself (Mr Mulham explained it exactly, and it is detailed a printed document) after arriving back to England.
So far everything is perfect and the scars are healing remarkably.

First of all I would like to thank Mr Mulham for his efforts which made my experience great, and my dream comes true. From the very first day I contacted him (early February), after reading the excellent reviews of Clinicana, he made his very best to answer my questions, assure my worries and give the best advices. He also welcomed my wife to join me without any extra charges. The Marti hotel where we stayed for 3 night is just fabulous, very near, 5-stars hotel.
Dr Rawad gave me his initial consultation after seeing the pictures of the donor area, he really surprised me when he said we can transplant between 4400 – 4800 grafts (before that and out of my reading on the internet I thought they will be between 3000 – 3500 grafts only).
Abdallah, the driver who transferred me from/to the airport, is very nice and lovely guy, he gave me the best advices about Istanbul sightseeing and some other useful stuff. All the staff in Clinicana were really nice and easygoing.
I highly recommend Clinicana because of the excellent quality, remarkable services for reasonable price.
If I had to do this operation again, 100% I would chose Clinicana without a second thought 🙂

Price was exactly as stated. There was great communication from start to finish, any questions I had were answered very quickly and all the staff are very friendly. I was really well looked after and the hotel was literally 30 seconds from the hotel making it effortless to travel back and forth

The treatment i had done at clinicana was great i have finally got my grafts done and i cant wait for my hair to return now. I will be recommending my family and friends for future hair loss transplant. It was not as easy as i thought it would be as alot of hard work has to be put in to the operation. Its slightly painful for a short space of time and got put up with the abnormal size of your head after the operation. well done to the staff in succeeding with the op.

The staff here are very heart warming and brilliant and make you feel at comfort as if you are at home. Well done to the doctors and his 2 apprentice who executed their duties with a massive well done i also enjoyed there company. So well done to all the staff at clinicana hope to see you in 6 months time/

The treatment i had from clinicana was quite good. I was very satisfied and i would recommend my friends to come to this clinic. The treatment i had was better than expected.I will be coming back back to get retreated and have more graft done in the back of my head. I travelled here from the united kingdom and it was worth it. I have all ready told a few members of my family and friends who are looking for hair transplant and there will be plenty more business coming from me.The reason i choose this clinicbecause it had the best reviews and the most satisfied costumer and i always look for customer reviews and treatment. I looked at lots of other companies before i decided to go with clinicana and im happy that i made the right decision. The staff here are absolutely brilliant very friendly and heart warming and make you feel as if you are in the comfort at your own home.
